The Bulls have already unloaded All-Star Jimmy Butler and it appears they’re willing to buy out Dwyane Wade’s contract, all but solidifying its intent to shoot for the highest possible pick in the 2018 draft.

Oddsmakers at Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook predict the Bulls tanking next season and have set the team’s over-under regular season win total at just 21 1/2 games, nearly a 20-loss drop off from this past season.

An Eastern Conference playoff team also eyeing a full-scale rebuild, the Hawks are projected to have the second-worst amount of wins, while the defending champions Warriors should have nearly the same amount of wins as last season.
